I’ve had the privilege of serving this community in many roles over the years—from Planning Commissioner to Alderman, and now as Mayor. My background in municipal government and my work as a small business owner have shown me just how much a city can grow when people come together with a shared purpose. Huntsville is built on hard work, family values, and a genuine love for this place we call home, and those are the strengths that guide every decision we make.

As we look ahead, my vision is simple: sustainable growth that honors our past and improves the quality of life for every resident. That means supporting responsible development, protecting the character and history that make Huntsville unique, and investing in the services and infrastructure that help families and businesses thrive.

One of the most important parts of that vision is our youth. I believe wholeheartedly that the future of Huntsville will be shaped by the ideas, energy, and leadership of our young people. Through initiatives like the Huntsville Youth Council and our growing partnerships with the school district, we’re creating opportunities for students to be heard, get involved, and help build the community they want to inherit.
